The Westlake Board of Directors welcomes you to our web site. Westlake is a master planned community of five gated and three non-gated villages in the North Natomas area of Sacramento, just off the Del Paso Road exit of I-5. The community surrounds a lake and gatehouse with swimming pool, clubhouse and cabana areas. Private lake access provides walking trails, public parks are within and next to the community, and restaurants and shopping are nearby and expanding.

Inderkum High School, Natomas Middle School, Witter Ranch Elementary School and Westlake Charter School (WCS) serve the educational needs of children in the community. WCS is a public elementary charter school created by parents and educators in Westlake and the Natomas area. It is the first school in the Sacramento region to offer International Primary Curriculum which focuses on diversity and appreciation of different cultures while promoting academic excellence and foreign language acquisition.

Our goal is to enhance your Westlake living experience by providing current information about our area and to gather community input regarding issues affecting our community and activities the community would like available. In the public area of the web site, you will find information about our security patrol company, our homeowner's association management company, and public information such as our CC&Rs and meeting minutes.

Our community website is dedicated to providing valuable information to homeowners in Westlake. Registered Westlake residents can participate in polls and view additional information such as board members and their contact information, committees residents may want to participate on, planned activities in the Westlake community and important details about developments surrounding our community and important alerts such as upcoming important meetings, crime and safety concerns and the like. Once registered, you will also have the opportunity to communicate with other Westlake residents about concerns you may have about the community or issues surrounding our community.

Our site also provides community oriented information, district news, neighborhood clubs and group information, and a calendar of events.
